JOSHUA COWIE

Joshua works as an educator at the Arts Centre’s Digital Learning Hub, developing and delivering programs in music technology, film making and multimedia.  He composes music for the Arts Centre’s corporate media, is a published composer and has edited, typeset and proofread numerous music books both nationally and internationally.  Joshua loves music theory so much that he actually did his A. Mus. A. in Music Theory after completing his B. Mus. with a sub-major in composition.  In a past life Joshua spent many years as an instrumental teacher and conductor in many schools around Melbourne, and has worked as a freelance musician for 18 years.
